1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery or pickup if:

- The item is damaged or defective on arrival
- The item is incomplete (missing major components)
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- You must provide a photo and explanation to verify the issue
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Products marked as non-returnable or final sale
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Orders where the wrong product was selected by the customer (e.g. wrong color or size, unless the seller made an error)
- Personal use items like innerwear, skincare, or hygiene-related goods
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at support@talabuy.com within 48 hours
- Include your order number, a photo of the product, and your reason for return
- Our team will review your request and confirm if the return is accepted
If approved:
- You will be asked to return the item to a designated drop-off point
- You will receive a replacement, store credit, or refund based on availability
Return costs may be covered by the customer unless TalaBuy is at fault.
4. Important Notes
- Returns will not be accepted without prior approval
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- TalaBuy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy terms
