Cancellation Policy

At TalaBuy, we understand that plans can change. Here's how order cancellations work on our platform:


1. When You Can Cancel

You may cancel an order before it has been processed for packaging or pickup.

To be eligible:

  1. The order must be canceled within 24 hours of placing it
  2. Cancellation must be requested before the item is marked as “Processed” or “Packed”

Once an order enters fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled.


2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation:

  1. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email: support@talabuy.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for cancellation

Our team will confirm whether the cancellation is possible.


3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

  1. Prepaid orders will be refunded within 5–10 business days
  2. Cash on Delivery orders will be voided (no refund needed)


4. Orders We May Cancel

TalaBuy reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  1. The product is out of stock
  2. Payment fails or is flagged as suspicious
  3. The delivery address is incomplete or unreachable

In such cases, you will be notified and fully refunded (if applicable).


5. Policy Updates
