How to List a Product on TalaBuy — Step by Step

Adding your products to TalaBuy is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to get your first listing live:

1. Log in to Your Vendor DashboardGo to talabuy.com/vendor and sign in with your vendor account credentials.
2. Go to "Products" → "Add New Product"In the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on Products, then select Add New Product from the menu.
3. Enter Your Product NameType in a clear, descriptive name for your product. Use a name that customers would actually search for (e.g. "Women's Ankara Wrap Dress –Blue" instead of just "Dress").
4. Select a CategoryChoose the most relevant category for your product (e.g. Fashion, Electronics, Food & Grocery). This helps customers find your product faster.
5. Upload Product ImagesUpload clear, high-quality photos of your product. Always use a white or light background, his makes your product look professional and trustworthy. See the example image below for reference.
6. Write a Product DescriptionDescribe your product clearly include size, material, colour, what's included, and any other important details. The more information you give, the more confident customers will feel buying from you.
7. Set Your PriceEnter the selling price of your product in Gambian Dalasi (GMD). You can also add a discount price if you're running a promotion.
8. Set Stock QuantityEnter how many units of this product you have available. TalaBuy will automatically mark items as out of stock when your inventory runs out.
9. Add Product Variations (Optional)If your product comes in different sizes, colours, or styles, add each variation separately with its own price and stock quantity.
10. Submit for ReviewOnce everything looks good, click Submit. Our team will review your listing and approve it usually within 24 hours. You'll receive a notification once it's live.

1. Customer places an order — payment is collected by TalaBuy at the time of purchase.
2. You fulfil the order — pack and dispatch the product to the customer.
3. Customer receives the product — once delivery is confirmed, your earnings are released to your vendor balance.
4. You request a withdrawal — from your vendor dashboard, request a payout to your preferred method.
5. Payment sent to you — your withdrawal is processed within 1–3 business days.
